Topline Yacht & Boat Rental’s Policy & Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 15, 2025
By booking a reservation with Topline Yacht & Boat Rentals LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service and Policies. These terms apply to all charters, rentals, and associated services. By accessing our website, booking a charter, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Reservations & Deposits
- To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required:
- $350 to $400 for Pontoon Boats
- $400 to $700 Depending on the Yacht
- Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received. No spots are held without payment.
- Once payment is made, an invoice and rental details will be sent via email.
- Payments can be made via Zelle, CashApp, on our website, or in person.
- Zelle and CashApp transactions incur a 7% tax fee.
- The deposit amount applies toward your total charter cost.
Jet Ski Add-Ons
- Florida law requires a temporary boating license for anyone operating a jet ski. You will need to acquire a temporary boaters licenses in order to operate the jet ski.
- There is a $200 liability deposit for each jetski that must be paid to the jetski instructor upon arrival to the destination in case of any damages and will be refunded to you if no damages are done to the jetski.
2. Day of Rental
- Arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes early to complete check-in and ensure on-time departure.
- Upon arrival, remaining balances must be paid and waivers must be signed. No rental will commence until these are completed.
- You may bring food and beverages, including alcohol (21+ only), however Red Wine is not allowed.
- No Weapons allowed on Yachts or Boat.
- Late arrivals will not result in extended time or refunds and may reduce or cancel access to jet skis.
- Parking can be limited on weekends, as lots tend to fill up quickly. We recommend using a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft for a more convenient experience.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- You must call in advance to cancel or reschedule. Timeframes vary and are outlined below.
- A $50 rescheduling fee applies unless the change is due to approved hazardous weather.
- Same-day or last-minute bookings are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-reschedulable.

- All refunds are processed within 2–5 business days and are subject to a 20% processing and tax fee.
4. Hazardous Weather Policy
- Rescheduling at no extra charge is allowed if hazardous marine weather is present at the time of departure, verified by NOAA and local marine advisories.
- Hazardous weather includes:
- Named storms within 5 miles of Miami
- Forecasted hazardous conditions lasting 4+ hours
- Small Craft Advisories with winds over 30 mph or waves over 3 ft
- Cold weather, heat, cloudy skies, light rain, or a general chance of rain do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
In Case of Rain
- For light or passing showers, a brief wait time (~15 minutes) is observed before departure.
- Guests may choose to continue with the charter under mild conditions, but no refunds will be offered once the trip begins.
5. Refunds & Modifications
- Modifications to charters must be requested at least 96 hours before departure & must be approved by Management.
- Deposits cover administrative fees and removal of the vessel from available inventory; therefore, they are generally non-refundable, except in case of hazardous weather or approved emergencies.
- If a customer cuts a charter short by choice, no refunds or rate adjustments will be made.
- Vessel changes may only be made with 2 weeks’ notice, subject to availability and approval.
6. Conduct & Liability
- Charterers must follow all safety briefings and directions provided by the crew and staff.
- The Company reserves the right to terminate the charter if conduct deemed unsafe or inappropriate occurs.
- $200-$1000 fees are applied, if any damages to the yacht or equipment caused by negligence or misconduct will be billed to the Charterer. Failure to comply with fees will result in imidiate legal action.
- $150-$450 Cleaning Fees will be applied if the vessel is returned excessively dirty, including but not limited to the presence of vomit or a clogged toilet. Cleaning fees will not be applied if the Guests cleans according to the crews standard. Wiped, Washed & Sterilized. Failure to comply with fees will result in imidiate legal action.
- The Company is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the charter.
- Charterers and guests are expected to behave respectfully. Any conduct that endangers passengers, crew, or equipment will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.
7. Liability and Indemnification
- Limited Liability:
- The Company is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the charter except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Use of our services is at the Charterer’s own risk.
- Indemnification:
- By agreeing to these Terms, the Charterer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the charter.
- The Company may offer additional services (e.g., catering, water sports, or tours) provided by third-party vendors. These services are governed by separate terms and conditions.
- We reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notices of changes will be posted on our website and/or communicated to Charterers in advance of the effective date of any changes.
8. Final Notes
All terms apply to every package and vessel rented through Topline Yacht & Boat Rental’s LLC
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.
Guests who choose to continue with their reservation during questionable weather conditions forfeit the right to future weather-related compensation.
