policy & terms

ALL RESERVATIONS: Depart per scheduled time. Any late arrivals or no shows will NOT be refunded.  If you wish to re-schedule or cancel your reservation, you must call in advance (Hour notice stated below). If not done within that time frame, you will lose your reservation deposit (NO REFUNDS) and the possibility of re-scheduling for another date.

Reservation: To secure your spot, please book in advance. There is a reservation deposit ($350 for the pontoon boat, $400 for the yachts) that must be paid to secure your spot and the deposit goes towards the final price and is nonrefundable. Once paid, an invoice will be sent to your e-mail with information regarding your rental. We accept Zelle, CashApp, our website, or physically at our office as forms of payment. Any payment made through Zelle or CashApp will be charged a 7% tax fee. If you wish to re-schedule or cancel your reservation, you must call in advance. We do NOT save spots or officially book you unless a deposit is sent. If you are acquiring a jetski, you must also acquire a temporary boaters license in order to operate it as stated by Florida law. There is a $200 liability deposit for each jetski that must be paid to the jetski instructor upon arrival to the destination in case of any damages and will be refunded to you if no damages are done to the jetski. If you place a reservation on the website, you will be charged the price stated on the website.

Rental: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your rental in order to set up and depart on time. You are allowed to bring food and beverages (including alcohol if you’re 21 or older). On the day of the rental, you will be given the address to the boat as well as the number of the Captain to call once you arrive to the location. Once you arrive to the location, you will need to pay the remaining balance listed on your invoice and sign waivers. Your rental WILL NOT start unless the remaining balance is paid and the waiver is signed. If you are late, your rental time will get cut short on the boat and you may lose time on the jetskis or may not be able to ride the jetskis and we will not extend your time unless the extra time is paid for.

Refund Policy:  If you cancel within a month, you get half a refund and half credit. If you cancel within 2-3 weeks, there are no refunds however you get to keep the credit. If you cancel a week prior to your rental, there are no refunds however the deposit can be used as credit for a future rental. If you cancel 24-72 hours prior to the rental, there will be NO refunds and NO credit. If you cancel the day of, there are NO refunds. If you would to reschedule, there is a $50 fee that must be paid in order to reschedule. If there is storming or unsafe weather conditions in our area, you are subjected to reschedule for a different time, date or half refund & keep half credit. If the Guests decide to proceed & continue with the reservation, they will not be subjected to a refund. However if there’s stormy or unsafe weather conditions we can reschedule their date. Cold weather and heat waves do not apply. Any late arrivals or no shows will NOT be refunded. This is applicable to all of our packages. All refunds are subject to a 20% service fee and tax fee that will be deducted from the deposit. Please allow 2-5 business days for refunds to be processed. If a customer decides to cut their rental time short on the day of or during the rental, the rates remain the same as originally stated. Your Rental vessel can not be switched unless its a 2 weeks weeks notice.

SAME DAY / LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS
If you are making a reservation for the same day or out of our policy stated above, client accepts there are NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, NO RE-SCHEDULING. The weather condition policy does not apply to cold weather.

Weather Conditions: We will give a call or e-mail to all our customers, providing a rescheduling opportunity. Half refund can be issued if you can’t make it for another date. If the Guests decide to proceed & continue with the reservation they will not be refunded. However if there’s stormy or unsafe weather conditions we can reschedule their date.

In the case that it is a small passing shower, we wait a few minutes (usually around 15 min +) and go out once it stops raining. Please take into account that we will make these decisions based on the weather in our area.
