Can I bring food or drinks?
You may bring food and beverages (21+ only for alcohol). Red wine is not allowed, and hookahs are prohibited.
How do I secure my booking?
A Deposit must be pay in order to your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required: $350–$400 for pontoon boats or $400–$700 depending on the yacht. Once received, your booking is confirmed and you’ll receive an invoice and rental details via email. Reservations will not be held without deposit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Zelle, CashApp, on our Booking page, or in person. NOTE: All payment will have an additional 7% tax fee.
What do I need to know about jet ski add-ons?
If you opt for a jet ski add-on, Florida law requires a temporary boating license (e.g., via BoatTests101.com). A $200 liability deposit per jet ski is due upon arrival and is fully refundable if no damage occurs. If a free jet ski package can’t be offered due to availability or mechanical reasons, you’ll receive a $100 refund.
What should I expect on the day of my rental?
Arrive 15–30 minutes early to find parking and Check in
Complete payment of any balance, sign waivers, and present photo ID.
What amenities are included on the yacht?
All vessels have Bluetooth speakers, floating mat, and ice cooler.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Over 1 month notice: 50% refund (minus 20% processing + tax)
2–3 weeks: No refund, credit only
7 days or less: No refund, credit only
24–72 hours or same day: No refund, no credit
Rescheduling incurs a $50 fee if within one week, or $150 for two weeks or more—unless due to hazardous weather.

Can I change my booking date or switch vessels?
Changes must be requested at least 96 hours before departure and requires management approval. Vessel changes are allowed with 2 weeks’ notice, depending on availability. Please note: No refunds or rate adjustments will be issued if you cut your trip short by choice.
What conduct and cleanup policies should I know?
Guests must adhere to safety protocols and crew instructions. The company reserves the right to terminate the rental for unsafe or inappropriate behavior. Damages caused by negligence may incur $200–$1000 fees; excessive cleaning (e.g., vomit or clogged toilets) leads to $150–$450 charges. Personal items are your responsibility.
